Setting up Outlook or another email program

Open your email program such as Outlook and follow the steps below to add your email address to the system:

1. Go to the account/email settings
2. Click on the button that will allow you to add a new email address
3. Select the option that will allow you to add a new IMAP account
4. Enter the proper information
   1. Name : Your full name
   2. Email : Your full email address
   3. Username : Your full email address
   4. Password : Your password
   5. Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com [where yourdomain.com should be changed with your domain name]
   6. Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com [where yourdomain.com should be changed with your domain name]
5. Go to the Advanced / More settings area
6. Select the "Outgoing Server" tab and make sure that the "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" checkbox is checked
7. Select the "Advanced" tab and make sure that the following information is there:
   1. Incoming Server port : 143
   2. Outgoing Server port : 26 [note: if port 26 is blocked by your ISP, you can use port 25]
8. That's it!!
