Setting up an Auto-Responder

For all settings, example.com should be replaced with your domain name.
  1. Go to your webmail URL : http://webmail.example.com
  2. Login with your email address and current password.
  3. Click on the "Settings" button along the left hand side of the page
  4. Make sure that the "My Settings" folder is expanded and select "Auto-Responder"
  5. Select the "Enable auto-responder" check-box
  6. Click on the "Auto-Responder Message" tab to edit the auto-responder
  7. Provide a subject and select if you want your message to be in TEXT or HTML format. Once complete, enter your auto-responder message in the message box .
  8. Hit the "Save" button at the top of the screen
  9. That's it! You should be all set.
